Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The refund processing time is 5 days.

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.
